Ozoldangas - Rinda village

Complexity: This is a non-classified leasure trip route, suitable for all people and all type of boats. However, the obstacles along the course may require certain basic skills to be able to catch up with the scheduled time-table. Click on asterisk for details.

Two days route along small and snaky river. One of the infrequent routes for this this river (especially Rinda section) recommended for those who already have taken Usma – Engure and Irbe – the sea routes and as a part of longer Usma – to the sea route.

Places to see: There are few places to see along this route and they are too distant from river. Enjoy the nature. On the way back you can visit The Church of Ugale and The Manor of Pope (sorry descriptions in Latvian only).

Transportation and reach of the route: There is no direct bus line from and to both ends of the route. Usma can be reached by Ventspils line bus, way back from Rinda – through Ventspils or Ance – Dundaga bus lines.
